We will inform you of any matter that could significantly influence your decision to engage us or continue to engage us, to provide a Tax Agent Service here.

3. How to make a complaint

Please note if you have a complaint we recommend you contact us. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 3 business days, please call (0414 943 092) or email [email protected] and your complaint will be investigated Michael (Principal). We will provide you with an email acknowledgment of receipt of your complaint. 

This email will inform you that we will attempt to resolve your complaint within 14 days and will outline the dispute resolution process. 

If you are unhappy with the outcome out dispute resolution you are able to make a complaint with the TPB as the following website:
